I'm very noobie in Power Automate and probably understand only about 20% of it from one other previous project. ![]() I know I can probably attach a unique QR code for each task to identify the task. I don't want any other information as the only thing that interests me is whether it has been done and when and not by who. I would like to add a QR code under each task on the paper planning so when my workers scan it, it automatically triggers a flow that gets to a SharePoint list saying that the specific task has been completed. The issue is this planning must be printed again each week, and each week I have one more sheet to store somewhere for future reference if need be (in my industry, tracing is very important and mandatory) I have a weekly paper planning of repeating tasks for each day in a factory.Īs of today, the worker signs with a pen under the task when he completed the taskĮxample : Every Tuesday 8 AM empty the bin (of course the real tasks are much more interesting but you get the idea)
